例如：
１） 医药卡是 SmartMedic RM１５０ 病房的配套，却住入 RM２００的病房。如果医药费是RM５００００，co－insurance 就是 RM１００００ （２０％ unlimited），还没包括病房的一天RM５０也是自己要出。

２） 医药卡是 SmartMedic RM１５０ 病房的配套，却住入 RM１９９的病房。如果医药费是RM５００００，co－insurance 就是 RM５００ （１０％ 或最多 RM５００），还没包括病房的一天RM４９也是自己要出。
