2012-11-17 大葱头蕃茄沙丁魚


油下鍋燒熱,拿出沙丁魚煎一煎.沙丁魚煎了之後,油下鍋燒熱爆蒜,倒出汁再放點水滾一滾,然後煎好沙丁魚和大葱头切片一起煮.噢...谢谢小姨的教导,太好吃^^
